All WhatsApp message payloads, vector embeddings, customer profiles, and API credentials are encrypted at rest using AES-256 and in transit using TLS 1.3. Multi-tenant workspace data is strictly isolated using Row-Level Security (RLS).
We comply with Meta Official WhatsApp Business API data policies. Customer messaging data is processed solely to execute automated workflows and AI Employee responses configured by your workspace administrator.
